As a business owner, marketer, and agency director, I’ve always believed in the power of sharing knowledge. Over the last few years, I’ve been fortunate to speak at conferences, run training sessions, and deliver workshops for businesses across various industries. My aim has always been to help others grow, innovate, and stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving market.
Last year was a busy one. I spoke at Nellie Con, the Lincolnshire Marketing Conference, and the Legal Growth Conference. I also ran a course at The College of Will Writing, spoke at five different Society of Will Writers (SWW) groups, and delivered in-house training to twelve businesses. These sessions covered everything from personal branding for staff to effectively setting up and using CRM systems. Each engagement allowed me to bring fresh perspectives to the table and provide actionable strategies that attendees could implement immediately to boost marketing efforts.
In my talks, I like to blend storytelling and data. I believe that sharing personal anecdotes helps show people how marketing really works in practice, while strong data reinforces key messages and gives them confidence in the results. Whether I’m discussing social media strategies, advanced CRM setups, or building a personal brand, I’m keen to ensure my audience leaves with practical insights that can be applied in their own workplaces.
This year, 2025, is set to be just as busy. It kicks off with a training course for the BEST Foundation, where I’ll be guiding participants on combining marketing best practices with goal setting principles. I’m also booked in for another two SWW group meetings, focusing on how legal professionals can harness personal branding and digital marketing to stand out in a competitive landscape.
On top of that, I’m launching a new webinar series that explores the next generation of marketing tools and tactics. We’ll be looking at AI in content creation, the future of customer relationship management, and how businesses can stay adaptable when new platforms and technologies emerge. It’s an exciting project that will bring together professionals from diverse sectors, all eager to refine their marketing approach for the modern age.
I’m proud of how my speaking and training slots have helped entrepreneurs, marketers, and legal professionals make sense of an increasingly complex business world. If you’re interested in booking a session or keen to learn more about what I do, feel free to reach out. My calendar is filling up quickly, but I’m always keen to explore new opportunities to share what I’ve learned and support the success of others.
It’s been a privilege to stand on these stages and lead these courses. By combining real-world examples, data-driven insights, and a passion for helping others, I’ve been able to connect with audiences in ways that deliver both immediate impact and long-term results. My approach remains the same in 2025: stay relevant, stay authentic, and give people the tools they need to thrive in their own ventures.
Cheers,
Tom Stansfield
